Welcome to Dongguan Miss Beauty Cosmetics Co., Ltd. ("MISS BEAUTY," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing www.missbeautygroup.com or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to:
Your use of our website www.missbeautygroup.com.
All purchase orders, quotations, and sales transactions between you and MISS BEAUTY.
By browsing our site or submitting an inquiry, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business and that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Products and Listings
Product images on our website are for reference. Actual products may have slight variations in color, texture, or appearance due to monitor settings, photography lighting, and natural material differences that fall within industry tolerance.
We reserve the right to modify product designs, specifications, and packaging without prior notice. For OEM/ODM orders, your approved pre-production sample serves as the binding quality reference.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated on your proforma invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price on your confirmed proforma invoice is the binding price for that order.
Quoted prices are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of quotation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include shipping, insurance, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated as included (e.g., DDP terms).
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by MISS BEAUTY. An order is considered confirmed only when:
We issue a proforma invoice (PI) with a unique invoice number; AND
We receive the agreed deposit payment.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Reasons for declining may include but are not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to verify provided information.
Once confirmed, your order constitutes a binding contract between your company and MISS BEAUTY.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are stated on your proforma invoice. Standard terms are:
Sample orders: 100% advance payment.
Bulk orders: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
All payments must reference your invoice number. Production begins only after the deposit is cleared in our account. Delayed payment may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
6. Production and Delivery
Production lead times are estimates provided in good faith. Actual production time may vary due to order complexity, material availability, factory workload, and force majeure events.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:
Shipping carrier issues, port congestion, or customs clearance delays.
Force majeure events including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war, or government actions.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer.
We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delays and work with you to adjust timelines.
7. Inspection and Acceptance
You are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Any claims for damage, shortage, or non-conformity must be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property
Custom OEM/ODM products: You retain all rights to your brand name, logo, and original design. By submitting your design assets, you warrant that you have the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party intellectual property.
Our products: All standard product designs, molds, packaging templates, website content, images, and text remain the intellectual property of MISS BEAUTY or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our content is prohibited.
Molds: Molds developed and paid for by you are your property. Molds developed at our cost remain our property, even if used exclusively for your orders.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public business information exchanged during the course of our relationship as confidential. This includes pricing, custom designs, customer lists, supplier details, and proprietary manufacturing processes.
Confidential information may only be disclosed:
To employees or agents who need it to perform their duties.
As required by law or court order.
This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship for a period of 3 years.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MISS BEAUTY's liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the total value of the order in question.
We are not liable for:
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill.
Damages arising from your failure to follow product usage instructions or safety guidelines.
Damages caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, port closures, or supply chain disruptions.
The affected party shall notify the other promptly and make reasonable efforts to resume performance.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from these terms or our business relationship shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with the arbitration to be conducted in English in Shenzhen, China.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For active orders, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation shall apply.
