Shipping Methods
We work with major international carriers and freight forwarders to offer flexible shipping options for every order size.
Express Courier — 3 to 7 business days
Best for samples, small orders, and urgent shipments. DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. Door-to-door tracking included.
Air Freight — 5 to 10 business days
Cost-effective for medium-volume orders (50-200 kg). Airport-to-airport or door-to-door available.
Sea Freight — 15 to 35 business days
Most economical for bulk orders and full container loads (FCL/LCL). Door-to-door, port-to-port, or door-to-port options.
Rail Freight — 15 to 25 business days
A balanced option for shipments to Europe and Central Asia. Faster than sea, more affordable than air.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
FOB Shenzhen & Guangzhou
We handle all costs and responsibilities until goods are loaded onto the vessel at the port of Shenzhen or Guangzhou. You arrange and pay for ocean freight, insurance, and destination charges.
EXW Dongguan — Available on request
You collect goods directly from our factory and handle all transportation.
CIF / DDU / DDP — Available on request
We arrange and include freight and/or insurance in the total price. DDP includes import duties and taxes at destination. Contact your account manager for a landed-cost quotation.
Packaging
Every order is packed to survive international transit.
Standard export carton: 5-layer corrugated cardboard with reinforced corners.
Inner protection: Each product individually wrapped in poly bag or bubble wrap, with foam dividers between layers.
Palletization: Bulk orders are pallet-wrapped and strapped for forklift handling.
Custom packaging: Your branded retail packaging is placed inside the master carton as specified.
All cartons are labeled with shipping marks, carton numbers, gross/net weight, and dimensions for customs clearance.
Delivery Times
Production lead time plus transit time equals total delivery time.

Actual delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance speed, and seasonal factors. We provide an estimated delivery window with every proforma invoice.

Every shipment includes complete export documentation at no extra charge:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading (sea) or Air Waybill (air)
Certificate of Origin (Form E / Form F / CO — as applicable)
Other certificates on request: Fumigation Certificate, CE/FDA/ISO compliance documents, SGS inspection reports.
We handle all export customs clearance at origin. For DDP shipments, we also handle import clearance at destination.
Order Tracking
Express and air freight orders: Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch.
Sea freight orders: Vessel name, voyage number, container number, and estimated arrival date provided after sailing.
Rail freight orders: Container tracking updated at major transit points.
Your account manager will keep you updated at every stage.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:
Order weight and volume.
Shipping method (express / air / sea / rail).
Destination country and postal code.
Incoterm chosen (FOB / CIF / DDP).
You will receive a shipping quote with your proforma invoice. For FOB orders, we can recommend trusted freight forwarders or work with your nominated forwarder.
Insurance
We recommend insuring all shipments.
Express and air freight: Insurance is optional and calculated at approximately 0.3-0.5% of the invoice value.
Sea freight: Marine cargo insurance covers loss, damage, and general average. We can arrange it or you can insure through your own provider.
Uninsured shipments: We are not liable for loss or damage once goods leave our facility under FOB or EXW terms.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility under FOB, CIF, and DDU terms. Under DDP terms, we include these costs in your total price.
We provide full HS code classification and commercial invoice documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance. If you need assistance estimating duties for your country, ask your account manager — we are happy to help.
