1. T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer)
Our most commonly used payment method for bulk orders.
30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment — or paid against a copy of shipping documents. Full payment terms are confirmed in your proforma invoice.
Accepted currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, etc.
2. PayPal
Ideal for sample orders, small trial orders, and initial transactions.
Fast, secure, and protected by PayPal Buyer Protection. Processing fee may apply on larger amounts.
3. Alibaba Trade Assurance
Orders placed through our Alibaba.com storefront are automatically covered by Trade Assurance.
Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm receipt of goods. Order tracking, on-time shipment protection, and quality dispute resolution are all included at no extra cost.
4. Western Union
Available for small-value payments and sample fees.
Quick and convenient for amounts under 2,000 USD. Please confirm receiver details with your account manager before transferring.
Payment Terms at a Glance
Sample Orders — 100% in advance via PayPal or Western Union.
Standard Bulk Orders — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment via T/T.
Large Volume Orders — Negotiable L/C or T/T terms.
Alibaba Orders — Trade Assurance (terms per platform).
Bank Details
Our bank account information is provided on your proforma invoice after order confirmation. For security reasons, we do not publish banking details publicly. All wire transfers must reference your invoice number to ensure prompt processing.
Important Notes
All prices are quoted FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed. Payment must be made in the currency stated on your proforma invoice. Bank charges are borne by the remitter. We will confirm receipt of funds within 1-3 business days. Production starts only after the deposit is cleared in our account. We never request payment to personal accounts — all payments go to our company's registered business account.
